Benjamin Benes takes a hands-on approach to solving production challenges in the protein processing industry. With a background in machining, manufacturing, and engineering, Ben works directly on the design and development of Fremont Automation equipment. He starts by understanding what’s slowing a customer down, then turns that plant-floor challenge into a practical solution built for a real processing environment.
As part of the second generation of the Benes family at Fremont Automation, Ben carries forward the problem-solving mindset the company was built on. Sometimes that means improving an existing machine. Other times, it means developing custom packaging automation for a unique application. Either way, Ben’s goal is the same: build reliable equipment that keeps lines moving, simplifies maintenance, and makes the job easier for the people running it.
