Alicia Shoulders is Director of Sales and Business Development for Fremont Automation and International Services, LLC. She works with food manufacturers and plant managers to solve production challenges, evaluate equipment, and find automation solutions that make sense for their operations.
Alicia grew up in the food equipment manufacturing world and has spent the past 25 years building multimillion-dollar sales territories. That experience has taught her what goes into a successful equipment investment, from the technical details to the impact on production, labor, and the bottom line.
Instead of starting with a machine, Alicia starts with the operation. She takes the time to understand the product, packaging format, production goals, labor challenges, and existing line. Then, she helps the customer find a solution that fits.
